Stress Baking

Yesterday I was working on the new Khan Academy assignments I had for Calculus, but after multiple attempts and not being able to complete them with a good score, I got stressed and went into TikTok where I found an easy recipe for Peanut Butter and Chocolate chip cookies, so since I had nothing else to do, why not give it a try? It looked simple.

Trust me I have never in my life baked before so this quarantine has got me trying new things to entertain myself, so it was actually pretty fun. Besides, I got to spend time with my mom by doing it so that’s good!

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Brown Sugar

1 Cup of Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup of Chocolate Chips

1 Teaspoon of baking soda

1 Large Egg

Once you have all the ingredients, mix them all together in a bowl.

Then, with either an Ice-cream scoop or two spoons, make cookie dough balls and lay them in a pan with parchment paper.

Set the oven to 350 F for 10 to 15 minutes, and then let the cool.

Once they cool down ENJOY! They are really good and sugary.
